does it mean that our probability of getting the Visa this year is very slim?

I guess so, my reason being the way the visa offices are processing post June 2010. Look most of the post June 2010 get Mr/PPR in same package which clearly shows they will get visas in 2011. So our chances are so slim, even though not completely ruled out that we can not get our visas.

What do you think friend?

what i think its just matter of time, they giving visas by quota, so i think we have wait and watch, but yes everyone get visas but just matter of time. please suggest if I am wrong.

Hi carlnoweast,

I'm also belonging the same category like your suffering painful waiting for MR n PR now. Could you pls share the timeline of your e-CAS? When does your e-CAS goes to "in process", in my case e-CAS is showing "in process" since 15 Feb 2011 with the same stupid RBVO details. Thank you in advance and congratulation for your new beginning in Canada.

Hi sushilmuna, sorry for my late response.. been busy at work lately. My ecas changed to IN_Process last August 10, 2010 .. about 4 months when i received my 2nd AOR (April 2010). I guess we got the same details for the In-process status. Thank you!

Thank you for the prompt response. In fact my e-CAS changed to 'in process' on 15th Feb, 2011, seems like have to wait more 4/5 months for the MR/PR accordingly your time line. Best of luck for the process ahead.

Hi carlnoweast,

One more thing I would like to ask about the proof of fund. How did you manage the bank balance, means did you put the fund until getting visa from the beginning of application or you took out? Or you took out the fund after submission of application and put it back to the account after e-CAS goes to 'in process'. Please share me your experience to manage POF. Thank you in advance.

sushilmuna.

hi,, regarding the fund, i just maintained the funds in my bank account. Sometimes i withdraw some of it but i make sure i replenish the funds. There's no way the VO can check the amount in it, they can only check if the account is still active or not. However, VO can request you to submit latest bank certification so be ready with the funds.

I thought the same thing that,, ITs much private and confidencial to check anyone's a/c by their own. I mean when they ask us for new bank statments are different story all together. I feel the samething. however, I havent taken any money out till now.

I also feel that 4131 are moving much slower in a row. Also one very important thing is: we are not in new NOC: so, we will get visa only as per the old cap filled is it so or we all will get visa because till the time i mean I applied or pre june'2010 applicants,, there were no limit for visa. I am really confused

Hi folks,

We finally got our visa stamped in our passport. Our consultant called to inform that he had got the stamped passports from the Visa office.

Thanks to all of you for your support and help. All the best for your cases!!

Stalwart

Hi - sorry not sure I agree with that statement :) Only New Delhi, and I think Tel Aviv, applicants are getting their MR/PPR in the same request. And that's just the system at those individual visa offices. It will speed things up slightly but it also means applicants being without their passports for several months.

Most other visa offices, even for post June 26 applicants, are issuing MR only, with PPR to follow once the visa office is ready to issue their visas.
