4131 still waiting for visas please share altogether

I am the oldest with 20 months after full documents sent. This immigration people are kidding with our lives and money. Immediately they get the application fees , they start telling stories.

this time around they will not get more fees as new rules will be hard and few will apply. I really hate their game. They tell lies right infront of intellectuals and they think we do not know , it is all lies. after all people go there and have to start from zero with going to school and so on My friend had to go back to school to do some courses if she had to work in her filed.

We will wait and continue to listen to their lies all the times. They can not tell lies all the times. They must process our files one day.

here's my timeline.
September 2010 - Submitted full Docs to Manila VO
October 2010 - 2nd AOR
February 24 2011 - Ecas status In Process (notified me through email in March 5 2011)
and i'm still waiting for my Medical Requests..

Dear All,

I got the PPR and send my passports to the London Office. Allah SWT has blessed with me with this opportunity. Now my only concern is my medical will expire in last week of May, and I sent the passports on 15th of March.

Q-1 : How much time do u think CIC london will take to return the passport back as I have to apply for the Transit visa to the UK as well?

Q-2 : Do you think the back ground Check and all other terrible time consuming security checks are Over or they are still ON?

Q-3 : I will be Travelling with 3 Kids what are the best options for me to Get the Connecting flight without the formalities of getting Transit visa From Qatar. FYI: I checked with the embassy of UK, Germany and USA they all want me to apply for the Transit Visa even if the connection of the flight is less then 12 Hrs. Please Advice?

Last but not the least, many many Mabrooooooooks to all who got the Visa and the PPRs. especially shibuya and shibleebd

question -1 matters a lot to me please do reply...

I am afraid there is no definite answer to your Q 1... As you can see in your own time line no specific trend followed in each of your step you crossed by... but since your Medical has only some months to expire probably you can expect your passport back with maple leaf before that. Sometimes even if it delays past the medical expiry period....your CHC will advise you with some grace period 40-45 days to make your landing... However having said that I can remember someone shared in this forum to have request of re medical which I hope won't happen to your case...

Q-2. It is expected to have your BCG and Sec chk done by now as they asked for the PPR...

I am sure someone will be able to guide you with more specific info to your Q-3

hii all

its good to see all you are sharing the same stories here of the same NOC waiting for the PR. my time line ios the same as you see it at the bottom.i finished my medical two times. first time , my spouse was denied to complete her x-ray due to her pregnancy but later we completed our medical with security shield with a view to get the visa and land before my baby birth.but thing was not easy for me and for my spouse too. perhaps the VO thought of landing possibility of us with end-date pregnancy .however , we are expecting baby in the coming month. hopefully , things will happen accordingly.yes, now a days it seems that those applicants in the NOC 4131 are experiencing a slow processing in many visa offices. do you think of any impacts of the NOC changes ? will there impacts for cases in process? we really passing a vry bad time over there.

hopefully things will happen in favor of all the applicants waiting for a long time .
may god bless us all and keep us patient till the end of all frustration.

I think we three families in same boat my medical expire today, and I still didn't heard anything from embassy I submit my passport December 9th 2010, so now I dont know what gonna happen in our life, we are waiting and waiting, about passports return its really hard to say but london CIC take longer time but we can't say anything and from Karachi to Toronto they have direct flight PIA you dont need any transit visa. please keep in touch.

Nothing since then. I want this to happen, but I've decided that I'm not going to kill myself over it.

Life doesn't stop at the CHC :)

hello belize,

sorry to hear that your medical expired today, now i am sure one thing that whenever you get your passport back you gonna get 45 days grace period, i read this for few people happened the same thing form CHC london. you better start packing and make your self ready for the quick action.
karachi to Toronto through PIA there is a flight, but after some research I found that If you use turkish airways, they will connect through Istambul and there is no Transit visa Required there. now the Question is DO we trust PIA for almost 16 Hours?????

what do you think about the reputation of turkish airways??? where do you live in karachi?, i am from the same great City living and working in Qatar.

Brother Qatar, first of all its so nice to hear that you are from my land and second thing Inshallah Allah will bless both our families, with health, happy, and maple leaf, Inshallah, About PIA its great airline trust me and price are very good if you have option then please choose PIA its direct flight from karachi to Toronto, I really have no idea about Turkish Airline. I live with my wife and two kids here in MEXICO, but originally from Karachi. please keep in touch or we can exchange emails. And can you please tell where you read about grace period time becasue I heard once your medical expire then you have to redo it.

Can well feel out miseries you have been through!!!....I think there are many real life sorry stories/experinces of applicants associated with uncertain delays for CAN PR (pre visa issuance stage)......much of them unexpressed and wondering whether we will have time and passion or initiatives to compile and let someone suitable to write and publish volumes on it!!!! May GOD bless us all...
