4131 still waiting for visas please share altogether

HI .

I applied on Feb 2010 and got my 2nd AOR last july 2010. My ecas changed to IN-PROCESS March 15 , 2011 with RBVO Inside . When can I suspect my medical ?.Is it true if visa not issued before october we should wait for early 2012 ???? i hope noooooooo

Yes, Fariza it gives some hope for those of us still waiting for medicals. My case has been made complicated by the visa officer processing my case. But i am still hopeful. I will follow him and correct all his mistakes he has made in my file with proves. I am happy i have all the paper he was asking.

March is going to make 18 months, as it was stated in my AOR and my BF'D was 2011,

1) My question is when do you think i can receive medicals?
2) When can i order Caip notes to see what was done, since i last ordered Caips in December and i got them in early January?

Yes, Fariza it gives some hope for those of us still waiting for medicals. My case has been made complicated by the visa officer processing my case. But i am still hopeful. 1. For expecting MR first you need to get your E cas status changed to In process with notes inside that your file has been reviewed and we started processing on..... (This could be few to several months... given the slow pace of the CHC worked on your file so far)
2. You probably can try to send a case specific inquiry first to know the where about of your file first and then can plan for CAIPS...sometimes the corresponding CAIPS might yield nothing if no action taken by this time (Pl. note that BFD date are sometimes ornamental....not represented with actual date of intended plan of action.... sometimes BFD just put forward another BFD!!!)... Don't loose your heart we all are with you as we all have more or less with similar frustration and endless/hopeless waiting....

its very unpridictable and very hard to answer but i hope you get your visa soon wothout further dealy

The problem is the visa office has never updated my e.cas , even though my application was received far back by them in June 2009, which presumably is suppose to be showing received by visa office, if there is update, but it still shows only the information recorded by CIO.

I sent a case specific inquiry to Senegal Visa office where i have been directed by Abidjan visa office website, but after more than a month and a half, still no reply. I am so confused. If they had replied to me then i will know that they have my application and that will help my mind.

Well i have nothing but to be waiting.

I can realize your state of mind and how helpless it feels like when even a basic tress of your file and its real update finds a real challenge....neither a case specific inquiry being attended ... Its like being in the middle of sea left alone....no views of land around!!!! I think It might be a reason that your file traverses between CHC (Senegal to Abidjan?) like what happened many of Pakistan applicants experienced their CHC closed and relevant files were sent to London which kept them long waiting....I think despite having a piles of backlog in most of CHC, there supposed to be basic system/frequency of information updating system so that at least applicant have some mental peace on their actual stand outs... Probably that is why GCMS proposed to taken over as conceiving the limitation of earlier system in every CHC subsequently... but it still will take some time to expect and see as working effectively for us....Anyways all the best and lets keep our finger crossed...

Thanks again once small. You have really searched, it is exactly the way i feel. For the cases transferred to London it was made official , so they know where their applications are which is good. In my case it is only guess work and from information from their website saying they have suspended services from Abidjan visa office.

We are really badly treated by the visa officers, i wish they can come to see how we feel. It is not even free we have paid lots of money and have suspended certain things in our lives also.

Nothing to do , but just to wait.

Hi Awoderu A.,
I think with the look at the current times, no one can even guess when we can receive MR and Visa. In another thread another member mentioned that most 2009 applicants are being processed now and a few 2010. I have also noticed that from th forum, that those who are getting visas are those who applied in 2009 and a few 2010 applicants.

Try and also monitor those who get visas and then we can come up with when we can get medicals.
