If I was younger (turning 31 this April) and single I would be close to 450

You and everyone else do have to consider by making claims like "cutoff would not go below 450 until a while" can cause people to take it in as is. Not everyone in this forum are educated enough to understand the uncertainties of EE system and some might think 'some experts' will know more than everyone else do and can predict better than us. While making these claim are like saying "Dow Jones 22000 by August". My post was not definitive information, just brainstorming and trying to look at the situation from a different angle, that's all. I tried to make that clear in my post, I apologize if I haven't
