4 MONTHS WAITING FOR MEDICAL REQUEST. IS IT WORTH WAITING FOR

I submitted full documents last FEB 8, 2010.
Received AOR Feb 18, 2010
ECAS changed to "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE" Feb23, 2010

45 days... lapsed! even the 90 days too...
i'm still left waiting and hoping...
IS IT WORTH THE WAIT?
or should I call them now...
I have sent a lot of emails, but never received a good response from them.
I'm worried, anxious, and really depressed now...

are there anyone here who has the same case as mine, but still received their visas in the end...
am soliciting for your advice friends... thank you ;D

i know exactly how u r feeling. i have been through the same state of mind & still the same.

my visa office is LDN . for the e-cas to change from 'received by visa office' to 'in process', i waited 5 months. and now after sending medicals to LDN i am waiting for the last 2 months to receive PPR & it seems that i will have to wait another 3/4 months.

believe me i am as depressed & as down as u r. my life is on hold, all planning & all progress are on hold, i am so down sometimes i wanna cry. still i am hanging in there with a little hope & faith in God.

good luck & i wish u will see ur e-cas as 'in process' very soon.......................

it scares me seeing those co-forumers who have the same submission of full documents - all getting their visas now
while i stay here in depression hoping for ecas to change to in process... :'( :'( :'(
today is TUESDAY here - and again it stays the same to "RECEIVE BY VISA OFFICE"
when will it ever change... ??? ??? ???

It makes me feel happy though that they are moving on, they are becoming my inspiration
hoping big time that i'll be following the path they once had... : : :

Just like you, i have been feeling like i'm hanging on a cliff... anytime i'll fall...
no guarantee of success... but just merely my TRUST IN THE GOOD LORD... i know i'll make it there...
i have been crying a lot too... or blanckly staring in the ceiling mo st of the time... asking myself - when will i have my medical request...

SHIBLEEBD - what follow-ups have you done before? did you try calling them too?
or was there are a problem with your papers that made it long for you to wait? thanks so much...

hi there! we are in the same situation.. i received my AOR last march 5, 2010 and until now still no medical request... my visa office is in Manila also...

we'll just keep on praying...regards.

may be our visa office is different & farther but our felings are same. may be we will overcome this difficult situation in the same way.

i did not make any enquiry to LDN , i just waited patiently with great grief & sadness & then after 5 months i saw the 'in process' status. even now that i am waiting again for PPR, i didn't send any enquiry to them. i have decided to wait & see.

When did you send your Full docs?
Singapore office is now taking 13-15 days to send 2nd AOR.
Donno about London office.
Katoky and shiblee, could share your profession and educational background with us?

I am post grad in IT serving as IT manager in an IT farm.

No need to be depressed.
Now imagine my friend who got his visa at the end of the last year after waiting for seven years.
Just keep in mind that towards the end of the year all applications will be processed to meet deadline.

Hi Kyle!! did you try checking ur ecas? after my long absence i checked my ecas and its in process.. i hope it'll go smoothly. Just hold on and i really believe it will come in God's perfect timing.. Kaya even though it really pains me to wait this long, i try to stay positive and i know u do.. keep the faith.. let's wait together.
