This is part of an email which I got today!
"Assisting with your deadlines
IELTS recognises that you may have taken the test in support of an application for further study, migration, or professional recognition.
If you still require an official letter for recognising organisations explaining the delay in the release of results as part of IELTS quality and assurance procedures, please reply to this email and include the following details:
· Your first name and last name
· IELTS test centre location
· Name of chosen recognising organisation
· Mailing address of recognising organisation
· Application due date
Next update
At this time we cannot give you a definite date for the release of results as the analysis undertaken is an extensive process. The release of results will not be delayed for any longer than necessary but appropriate measures must be taken to protect the integrity of all IELTS results.
We will provide you with an update on progress of the analysis on or before Thursday 5th April 2018."

That's a good news. Has your result withheld? didn't they mention when will they send to you?

Yes my result was withheld. I just emailed them once to inquire about the timeline upon which they didn't give any definite one. Out of the blue, got the email today in which they have mentioned that the investigation has been concluded and the TRF has been dispatched to my mailing address.
I would advise everyone whose results have been withheld to check the email today time to time since I believe, they will release most of the withheld results today as it's been more than 15 days now.
I received an email today from the test center that the results will be released on 12th of April. 8 days more to go..i believe the results wont come online this time, so will have to wait till i receive the hard copy of TRF.. I guess about 12-15 days to receive the result.

I can't say any expected date, one or two weeks or even months because i didn't get any update so far. So at least for me, its useless to hang with a false hope, ruining my whole days.Hopefully you'll get that by next week. Best of luck!
