Score may come down if the pool is not filled up with fresh entries. And thats the reason CIC did not introduce any last day for the application. Also people out of college in Canada or in WP will also try to get LMIA approval so expecting tough competition and score will have fluctuations.
Also we should look to maintain our score near to 400 atleast

That seems to be true, due to this even I'll not qualify for this -

I would recommend investigating to see if it would be possible to increase your score or to look at one of the provincial PNP's to see if you're elligible.
