The draw is usually done by 10pm toronto time however there's no guarantee of a draw today. Last time there was a gap of 5 weeks between draws and today its only been 3 weeks so worth bearing that in mind.

CIC reads this forum and actually makes adjustments and laws based on the trends i.e ideas here. 8) Don't ask me where I got this info from. Just know that CIC express entry is unstable and semi automatic. E.g the system can detect very little people over 450 now and adjust but let's just say the Minister feeling wicked today. He'll spike that up to 800. Ha

That's sort of a nice news to hear.. if they follow this forum, lets throw in ideas which will make it favourable for us...
then I also think its important to include my details in the spreadsheet floating around. I won't be surprised if they are keeping a tab of that too..
