Sunny and Sraj, we can only speculate. Rest all is outside of our control.

Also, I feel, if the point have to drop further it likely only before the OOPNP applications are processed. Since these would add up to the pool in no time and increase the cut off.

That is wrong. From your 500 points they are picking 40 points to spouse. Technically is spouse is not working and she is not done with English test your losing the points there. That is the reason why unmarried people will get a bit higher than married people.

But still you dont get many, isn't itt? You get max. 5 points for spouse's language proficiency, am I right? Although I do agree that in this cutthroat world, even 5 may make some bit of difference.

No. OOPNP, for instance, does not have a job requirement in Ontario as an eligibility criteria.
