35 hours per week considered as a full time employment?

Yes, it has to be skilled though.

Just a heads up, continuous part time work in the last five years adding up to the 1560 hours limit also qualifies, as long as you are in the NOC A, B, or 0 categories of skilled work.
Basically, as long as you cross 1,560 hours in the last five years in continuous employment in these categories, you are good to go.

In Canada, 30 hours a week and more is considered full time. The magic 1560 hours is 30 hours a week x 52 weeks in a year. BUT the employment for some qualifications, such as 1 year of working in Canada for CEC, must meet both the 1560 hours AND the 52 weeks. You can't get there by working more hours in fewer months.

For CEC class, it's the last 3 years (not 5).

As well, it's not simply 1560 hours... that is the equivalent given for part-time work (fewer than 30 hours per week). You cannot work 60 hours a week for 6 months to qualify... If you work more than 30 or more hours in one week, it is simply one full-time week. If you work fewer than 30 hours per week, THEN you add up the hours....
