Can you clarify the highlighted sentence?

I know some one from X country, who did not have 2 complete years of work experience and they paid some Y IT company therefore got points in EE and today they are at PPR stage and I am leaving the country with disappointment.Do you want more clarity now my friend ?

If you know for sure that they have committed fraud, you should report them to IRCC. And avoid making blanket statements based on 1 bad experience - not everyone cheats to get to Canada - and that was the implication of your earlier statement even if you didn't mean it that way.

Asivad bro, I have no intentions to humiliate or hurt others. But iam human being and i have a heart to feel and at at one point after going through the right path in terms of immigration for last 4 years hoping one day i will be a permanent resident and being unsuccessful at my end is disappointing. Now i cannot report this to CIC as this family is my relative so what do i do ? simply keep silent and share my stuff on forums !

It is not humiliating, it is justice. This "cheater" takes a place from a skillful applicant, and hurts Canadian
immigration process.

Fraud doesn't change its color just because it was committed by a known person. Passive acceptance of criminality is probably the most important reason for a society's eventual rot. Conscientious citizenry makes a society stronger and if that involves taking hard decisions against known people, so be it. Allowing someone to abuse the system without reporting it makes you an accessory to the crime, not always legally but definitely morally. We all deal with this differently but reporting such crimes is always the best course of action in the longer term.

Think about it. If not for such blatant violations by a finite number of people in the pool, LMIA rules would have been less stringent; more eligible people would've got a 'regular' ITA; Canada would get better immigrants. And that would be a positive feedback loop unlike the current negative spiral which is the reason for your disappointment. This might sound idealistic but every great philosopher/thinker in history has consistently advised 'to be the change you want to see'.

I know this doesn't help with your particular case in the short term (and we humans tend to be extremely short sighted all the time) but I hope you find the courage and motivation to do the right thing. It won't help you (or your relative) but it will reinforce someone's faith in humanity and that's a good start. Hope things work out positively for you as well in the near future.

All the best!

What is so bad about accepting refugees? They are facing death. I heard recently that a person who I know was injured by a chemical weapon in Iraq, I am sure
he would have loved to flee to a safer place.

As much as you want to improve your life, people from Iraq and Syria want to ESCAPE from death.

BTW, Justin Trudeau didn't have to trick you as you have no right to vote for him

Is there any reason they suddenly decreased number of invites? Has this ever happened before?

Let's be optimistic guys.

I think one reason for the sudden decrease in the number of ITAs is that CIC has to leave enough resources to ensure the 6-month processing time promise. From this perspective, the number of ITAs will soon increase and the CRS cutoff will go down in the near future.

there is nothing bad about accepting refugees but accepting refugees at the cost of economic immigrants thats wrong. canada needs economic immigrants so why reduce them while increasing refugees. I say increase both refugees as well as economic immigrants. and I have seen someone getting PR as a refugee who didnt need it but since it was available has taken it. again not pointing fingers just saying increase both numbers
