I'm graduating soon so can I put my "expected" degree in my EE profile and do the WES certification later when I graduate?
I know you are probably being sarcastic here, but in case you're not:

No, of course not.

So guys, Should we just select a doctor for the panel of physicians approved by CIC, call them up and fix an appointment with them? do i need to carry any form or something for them to fill in? or my ITA document? And how much would it cost (india, Gujarat)
Yes, just make an appointment with a panel doctor and tell them you are doing an upfront medical for express entry.

Bring your ITA and passport.

Don't know about costs in India. Just call a doctor and find out.

and guys one more thing, i got my ITA but i did not find a personal checklist of documents that i need to submit. How does one get them or find them? what am i missing here?
First you need to complete the questionnaire.

The document list is generated based on the answers you give there and will appear after you have completed the questionnaire.

Has no bearing on the outcome of your application, but paying both now may result in slightly quicker processing because you are removing one step from the process.

I didn't say guess the outcome as guessing IELTS result is very hard. Guessing the outcome of WES is not hard if you know that your degree is from a reputable university. Reference code and WES report code are exactly the same!!
Tired of debating this.

Doesn't matter if it's hard or not to guess, it's still guessing.

It's also not about being right or wrong, it is about falsifying the date of your ECA report (which you don't have), writing the reference number instead of the report number, and answering "Yes" to a question which should be answered with "No" (do you have an ECA report?).

If you don't have the report, you don't have the qualification, and you are not eligible for an ITA. Period.

PS: My report number differs from the reference number.

What matters is that the applicant had his degree when he received the invitation.
Fine. If you say so.

I believe I have shown enough evidence that you can get in trouble for doing this. If you don't believe it, I don't give a flying eff.

So applicants can either do what you say and risk that you got it wrong - with all the possible consequences.

Or they can just wait until they have the ECA report and enter its information then - which carries zero risk.

I am so relieved looking at the current trend that I took the right decision to submit the application at 454 in Feb with couple of missing documents. I would have had to wait forever to get a third ITA. Good luck to all who received an ITA in this draw.

Yes, everyone has seen those lines. But, CIC gives everyone another chance to correct any possible mistakes and also make changes to the profile, after receiving invitation. Some people have reported that they got PPR based on the changes they made after receiving invitation (e.g. people who wait after ITA to complete one year of WE.) and it was just FINE! I don't want to argue with you. If you don't like what I am saying just ignore my post.
+1 Dexmoody

And han, you're just being an idiot. Ignorance on something is one thing, but being preposterous and negating facts is something else. Post what you may, but being deliberately stupid just to make your point is rather ungainly. Some poor chap may actually take your advice.

Changing information after receiving PPR is a different scenario than lying in first place. The question is Do you have an ECA? The situation in this case is "NO". when you receive the ITA when you didn't actually have something in hand ,and the date on ECA is later than the date you received your ECA is plain misrepresentation. How do you suggest a CSE at that time would overcome should the VO raise this concern?

As you said, "If you don't like what I am saying, just ignore my post".

This post is like Inviting CIC to cancel your profile with wastage of time as the only resultant outcome.
Fear of getting banned for misrepresentation and lying to get more marks is additional evidence of act of stupidity.

Cheers
