3 TIMES REFUSED ! ! ! help..

Dear friends..3rd Time Canada Student visa got Rejected ! Got 3rd rejection today (University Category) !


My profile: 10th 76%, 12th 70%, Degree Bcom travel&tourism 59%(4backlogs)2013-16


IELTS : overall 6 (w 6.5, S 6, L 6, R 6)


2year job experience.


1st time applied under SPP 2017


Prgrm : IBM (International Business Management), Graduate Certificate program(1year) In Fleming college ontario. Refused....(Reason : not satisfied you would leave at the end of u r stay , Purpose of visit, other reasons: academic performance,language abilities in specific bands, proposed course of study, travel history, ties to home country )



2nd time applied under University category 2019 Feb


Prgm: Diploma in Public Administration and Management 2year course in CBU, Nova Scotia.


Refused ! (Reason : u r proposed course is not relevant in light of one or more of


3rd time 2019March again applied for same prgrm With changes in SOP only.


Rejection Reason stated as ;

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.


• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.


This is my situation.. I am totally fed up with these rejections guys... What to do ... Do anyone have good suggestions for me please reply...

You will keep getting refusals unless you address the reasons. Take another IELTS to improve your score, make sure the program you apply to is relevant to your undergrad and/or work experience (i see you majored in travel and tourism but applied for IBM and later public administration; is your 2 year work experience related to what you applied?). Purpose of visit and returning to home country; Show them you intend to return to your home country upon completion of your studies (what ties do you have to your country? Any dependents, Property etc? You have a bachelors degree perhaps you should apply for a post graduate diploma or masters degree)

I wrote IELTS 3 times 1st 5.5, 2nd 6,3rd also got 6 not less than 6 Now I would like to do PTE instead of IELTS I need a change..is PTE acceptable for Canada ?
I studied Bachelor of Commerce and specialized in Travel&Tourism however I worked as a Warehouse manager for 1 year and now I am working as an Administrative Executive.
I am single, A property valuation certificate useful for showing home ties?

My friend got approved for the same course which I opted. Though he has low percentage in graduation and even ielts overall 6 but 1band 5.5 also he got his visa approved ...Mine was refused.. bad luck...

Honestly I would suggest you to not to apply again.. Very less chances of approval now since you got 3 rejections.. My story is also same

This is what I would suggest you.. Go for other options such as US, Aus or NZ but dont go for Canada ... Sorry to say but very difficult for you to get succed in ur 4 attempt...

will these 3 rejections negatively affect my visa application when I again apply to other countries ?

Yes, they will affect decisions from the EU as Canada and the EU share visa information.

Your friend's experience doesn't matter. Everyone's experience is slightly different. Your friend hadn't repeatedly applied to varying programmes in short timeframes as an attempt to get into Canada.

No I didn't ordered CAIPS bcz the reasons are crystal like clear in my rejection letter So I think no use for it..
I am afraid of my previous rejection may affect when I apply to Germany !
