2nd baby before final moving to Canda

I along with my family have got Visa May, 2015 under FSW 2014 and we landed Canada in Feb, 2016 and stayed 21 days in Canada. We returned to my home country in March, 2016 after 21 days stayed in Canada and joined my work. I have plan to move finally after October, 2017. Is there any problem if we move after October, 2017?

In addition, I would like to know, if my 2nd baby come within this time, how I will take him him/her to Canada.

There is no problem if you move after October 2017. If you left Canada after your landing in February 2016 and you are allowed 3/5 years outside, you must return at the very latest in February 2019, before you reach 3 years outside.

If your 2nd baby is born outside Canada, you need to sponsor him/her for PR. If your/baby's passport is visa exempt, you can take the baby with you as a visitor and sponsor for PR after you arrive in Canada. If the baby needs a visit visa, you will have to apply for it. It might not be granted. Possibly one parent will have to wait with the baby in your home country and the other must settle in Canada and sponsor. A PR must be residing in Canada in order to sponsor.

Maybe think about delaying 2nd baby until landed in Canada then becomes a citizen automatically. Depends on personal circumstances of course but delaying a year for some certainty.

You can apply to sponsor as soon as you arrive in Canada.

Please crosscheck one thing. While your newborn kid is waiting for PR, he/she might not be eligible for health insurance.
Could be different for state to state also. A new born kid will require health services so you need to confrm or be ready to pay
