once we get 2nd aor,wat it means???
1)whether the file is ready for processing . or
2)the file is roughly being assessed be4 processing

Should be... but the e-cas is not very reliable, it's prone to delayed updates.

so if i got 2nd aor ,it means my eligibility is complete i.e i have the required points for PR,so i assume tht my written proof from my UNIV for language,has been accepted.then why to give ielts exam?
wht say seniors????
