Hello Forum! ;)

We would like to visit Canada for our 25th wedding anniversary along with our 3 kids (all minors) and stay there for about 2-3 weeks.
Our only concern is that we don't have a relative there to offer us an invitation letter.

Our travel history/ info goes like this:
both been in Canada last 2009 for a conference - we're both doctors, a company invited us
both of us have US visitors' visas
both of us traveled about 15+ countries all over in EU, Asia, Oceania and including US..

our sons' on the other hand just went to Hong Kong and that's it, but considering they're minors that's not going to be a problem..

all of us are from a non-visa exempt country

Our reason for going back to Canada is we want to spend our 25th anniversary there along with our kids; and we were working when we were there (for 2 weeks) and never really got to appreciate what it has to offer, we didn't even see Niagara Falls even though the conference was in Toronto.

Anyway, is it possible for us to apply a visa without any relative or friend who can provide us with a letter of invitation? Considering our travel history..

I find it ridiculous to have this on they're requirements because not everyone that wants to visit a country has a relative/ friend there.

Any help is appreciated. Canada has all these advertisements in our country that's why we just wanted to see for ourselves how lovely it is :D
