Unlikely to cause any problems. The Canadian constitution safeguards your mobility rights.

Is there any law or amendment pending in parliament that might put conditions on this mobility rights for PNs? I am not sure where provinces have jurisdiction versus federal protections. Once the CBSA officer says "You are now PR", if someone just cancels their onward flight to the nominated province and status in Toronto, then what might happen?

Again, if my friend in Toronto is around, I might just do my landing there and stay a couple of days.

But isn't it risky to land in Toronto and plan to stay there, which might sow seeds of doubt in the CBSA officer's mind if you're really intending to reside in SK with friends in ON and staying here?

Not aware of any such thing. Provinces cannot lawfully or forcibly retain any PR or citizen.

If i have tickets for a connecting flight to SK in 2 or 3 days, and a rented apartment in SK, the officer would be a bit harsh to think i have no intentions going to SK.
It's a long journey, I think i have the right to break it.

I have received invitation due to nomination this December, i have a total of 950 points, the letter of invitation i received contains points grid which include spouse level of education for 8 points .

I don't want to claim spouse level of education points anymore because i have enough points now (recalculated my point using CRS-tool), although i don't ECA for spouse education.At the beginning of creating EE profile i thought to include it as i was not sure what will be the cutt off score or may be i will be needing it in future to gain some points and will get ECA by time its required . I am also not sure/confused/remember how i got spouse level of education points as i never included ECA , spouse bachelor is from Pakistan while master is from UK.

Now my question is ,As spouse level of education points is included in my points grid , is it mandatory to claim spouse 8 points and to provide ECA for spouse level of education or i can leave it as i don't want to claim it ?.

Plz Suggest what should i do ? . :'(

Answered multiple times. It doesn't matter what you do - without an ECA you won't get those 8 points. And those points don't matter.

Very difficult to predict.., expecting the cutoff to increase considering the increase in PN applicants
