In fact cap no is 495 is correct but the updated date is not correct.
They are having backlog of applicants. For example CIC website showed noc 3131 reached to cap on 23 nov2011 butall application after 1st Sep2011 have been returned to applicants with a letter stating cap reached.
I hope you can understand

My friend, thank you for your remind. And I hope what happened to 3131 would not happen to 2121.

The FSW application is used as backup for me like an insurance.

If it fail, I will apply for it in the next year. But considering many people have provide me help for collecting all those stuffs, I hope it won't happen and let them down. Praying ...

According to some senior members, this cap position(492) is as of 20th oct applicants.
Last member of this thread received dd encashment confirmation on 20Dec2011 and he is applicant of 14Oct2011.

The average time of issuing PER is 82 days in 2121.
I extracted this info from the 11 applicant got per mentioned in this thread.
Normally they will answer you in 90-120 days.

One thing, I always think when are we gonna have RBVO status? or We will never have this status? what do you think? by the way, I have In process status since 18 th Nov. Please share your views. Thank you.
