The only reason given was lack of funds. I however don’t believe the applicant didn’t have enough funds. They had a scholarship and added their own bank statement with enough funds. IRCC doesn’t seem to have given any weight to the scholarship .

We reapplied last month she are still waiting for feedback.

So what school and how much was scholarship? Was scholarship guaranteed and paid out? How much was shown in cash? Was tuition paid?

One of the two top universities in Alberta. Scholarship was guaranteed for two years contingent on academic performance. The scholarship money can pay the fees in full with left over for living expenses lol

Order GCMS notes to get full notes. So scholarship is not guaranteed. If you get poor marks, you lose the money. Make sure your funds include the $21k and first year tuition.

Nothing yet o, praying by end of July

Late update…my nephew got PPR on July 16 and then arrived in Canada on August 13. Settling in before lectures starts on Sep 3. This forum has been a great source of help for the process. Good luck everyone!
