I was wondering same thing. I applied end of May 2023 and in November they requested police certificate from me. Biometric and medical from my partner(in Canada-not refugee).
They did not request biometric from me.
But I know someone who applied for pr beginning of May and she gave biometric. They requested from her.
I was worrying about why they did not request from me:(
Guys is that possible if you request for refugees but like your husband or your wife doesn’t request, then your spouse can apply for PR as dependent?

We were together with my partner before I claim. Even we put him as a common-law on the forms. My partner is not refugee. Always has passport. We applied for pr together.

what even is GCMS notes? can someone explain
GCMS notes, which stands for Global Case Management System notes, are essentially an information file that you can request from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the Access to Information Act (ATI) or the Privacy Act.
