Yeah they did, 2 times because my stupid ass missed something on the form and 1 time it was something else that didn't apply to me.
In regards to the eligibility letter - I don't know honestly, I scrolled through all my emails from IRCC when making this timeline and didn't find any. Might have been a physical letter but I have too many to go through them

they using automatic processing system,
Jan people getting till may
Feb will get in June
March will be in July or august.
So it’s going around 29 to 30 months. Hope it’s doesn’t change processing time beyond 30 months

And bad news is who applied after June seems to be waiting till next year.

I have representative
All the emails I've received so far have been to my representative.

I have applied for PR for me and spouse under protected person category. Recently I received eligibility letter from IRCC. In that they mention DR application number for spouse. I want to know what is the purpose of DR number and how can I open portal for my spouse ?

I replied to P1 via email since they asked me to provide basic information about myself. I didn't have to reply to P2 since they just sent the link to the portal they created for me, as well as the instructions on what to do with it.

No, I did not have a representative so I'm not sure what it's gonna be like in your case, sorry.
