I am not sure if was in an urgent process but I remember I sent them a webform requested them for an expedited process and they responded on 29-Jan-2024 as indicated below:

How long does it normally take to receive an eCORP after the P2 email? Eighteen days have passed since we received the P2 email, and we still haven't received the eCOPR.

I think the website said it is about 37 days to get the card itself, so eCOPR should be somewhere around 3 weeks or so.
