Processing times is now 28 months. Which means Feb 2023 applicants like me already been waiting for 29 months. Crazy how IRCC employees don't do their job properly.

Processing time is 28 months as of July 2nd outside Quebec. Already finished 28 months . February 2023 applicant. Atleast we can call IRCC now and they dont have to repeat the same answer that “you’re still under processing time”. Nothing received after eligibility and Pre-arrival.

It depends on their wishes. If they want to send it, they can send it within a week
