Do you know about earliest time the presons have received pr after receiving pre arrival letter?

With all the new waiting time the earliest I heard was 28 months…!

Do you know about earliest time the presons have received pr after receiving pre arrival letter?

No one receives earliest from last 1.5 years cuz they strict with quota and they usually taking 29 months or 28 months earliest I can say but they keep slowing down I’m on 27 months mid, no update yet. Sad but truth.
