Today I received email regarding my dependent above 18 years mention that there Schedule A Form (IMM5669 is missing and should be submitted within 30 days. Please guide me what information i can provide.

You need to fill out the form and submit it either via webform or the secure link provided in the request letter

I applied in Sep 2023 but did not get any news after bio in Jan 2024.

Im not really sure but I guess means that is assessed and just waiting for the agent to check it and made the decission.
