Honestly with phone calls and webforms, it really depends on who do you get sometimes. It's frustrating to say the leastAlone.

I filled out web form for update and they said that it is within correct timeline right now
At times they say you are not authorized to ask info on behalf of child so I filled out representative form.
Then they emailed me you don't need representative form as you are mother of a minor. Lol
