With your AOR, I would "FORECAST" your SS finalizing by Oct! But, really, we can't pinpoint anything now....
Sometimes, IRCC doesn't bother with the criminality renewal till security is done.
It will probably happen once they have a look again after security.
Now security background check is taking 24 months, your should track your ss start date

It's mostly an observation, we've seen people get theirs wrapped in 2 years or so, but there are no stats to actually back it up, and obviously, it's at best a fingers crossing expectation for people nearing 2 years of SS, but it could absolutely take much longer. Every single positive mandamus decision you'll find in CanLII for citizenship related to a long SS took much longer than 2 years, although those are obviously at the extreme end of the application processing spectrum.
Dunno what the longest would be, but here are 2 recent citizenship cases where mandamus put a stop to security checks that lasted more than 4 years :

For both, IRCC had no justification to defend the delay except the blanket "we're not done yet LOL".
