IRCC won't be able to link to your file until they give you AOR which has your application number.

Nobody exactly knows how ircc will treat our applications.There is no use in submitting a webform until we get our AOR as IRCC wont be able to find our application even if we provide UCI number.The harsh reality is that they will send the AOR only if our applications are found COMPLETE. The only thing that we can do right now is to WAITand HOPE for the best.Hope they will be much lenient on our application as we didn't got much time for documentation and filling out forms when compared to CEC candidates.Best of luck guys

I guess no. But I did something similar before and the agent tole me they weren't able to find my application since there was no file number...

You will need to put that information in your letter of explanation.

Yeah, i did that, as i am unable to provide his medical exam, i have to select “No”under the question”do you have dependent children”, i am so anxiety right now, not sure if it will cause a refuse.

Once you get AOR.

I'm really tensed because in tr to pr file i uploaded celpip result by mistake on the place of study permit but i also submitted the study permit along with passport in the passport field. So my documents are not missing its just misplaced. So it should be okay or create any problem to my application??

I think you should be ok, IRCC will notice the mistake easily.
