I have been following and shadowing this page for a long time. I have to credit your timelines and advice for keeping my sanity.
I just got my PR Confirmation email today. I wanted to share my timeline with you in the hopes that it will help you in your journey.

Applied: June 11, 2021 [Stream B, English]
BIL: April 25, 2022
AOR: April 26, 2022
Medical Passed: June 15, 2022
Ghost Update 1: October 19, 2022 [Background changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."]
Ghost Update 2: October 25, 2022 [No changes]
Called IRCC: November 15, 2022 [Agent reported Eligibility Passed, Medicals Passed, Security Passed, Criminality in Progress]
Called IRCC: January 5, 2023 [Same as before]
Contacted MP: January 13, 2023 [MP replied back, same as before]
Ghost Update 3: January 25, 2023
PR Confirmation: January 25, 2023

Thank you all for your advice, insights and timelines. The whole process was nerve-racking. But for me now, it's over.

I will share my timeline. I have not been receiving ghost updates or maybe I am... I applied through consultant and they have been just telling me update/no update. Nothing more than that. So even if there was a ghost update on my application my consultant never updated me

Oh well- here is my timeline. I am kinda stressed and desperate to get it now- waiting for 1.5 years and now family is pressurizing for something ughh so annoyed

Can't believe what just happened. I found out that I got PR confirmation and a portal email three days ago.
For some reason it was stuck in spam folder but hey, I have it in my hand anyways.

AOR: never received a AOR, and my agent helped me to link on 2022 Jan and I upload my bio/fingerprints around that time
AFTER LONG SILENCE and they asked for my personal history again and I resubmitted in Oct 2022 with help from my agent.
PR Confirmation Email: January 25,2023 (However, from the IRCC page, there was not updated at all)
Office: originally from white horse but this email was from Calgary branch
Portal: Pending (as of today)

Most of the approvals are 1 year after the AOR so hopefully you'll be hearing some good news around end of Feb or March.

ADR1: August 11, 2022. Reviewed August 12, 2022. Police Clearance Report (Uploaded Same day)
Ghost Update 2: August 26 [Medical Passed Again]
ADR2: October 28, 2022. Reviewed November 9, 2022. Travel History Form (Uploaded Same day)
CBSA Report Out: I filed a report around mid December. Report came out in January 5, 2023 [Report had Eligibility Passed, Medicals Passed, Security Passed, Criminality in Progress].
Ghost Update 3: January 25, 2023
PR Confirmation: January 25, 2023

Looks like it that Calgary office is processing June 11th 2021 applications of stream B english. Not sure if only Calgary applications are being processed or other regions too like Vancouver or Toronto

If I'm not mistaken, the application is processed in Whitehorse and the final email is sent through Calgary. My application was processed through Whitehorse.

When I applied through Stream B, there were roughly 17000 slots still left in that stream. At the beginning of the month, based on what I saw in this forum, IRCC had 19000+ Stream B applicants left. So that, and other approvals from other streams, leads me to believe that IRCC processed at least 3000 TR to PR applications in January.

You can actually see the pattern in this forum, that earlier in the month we were seeing approvals of individuals who applied in May 26 and May 30, and it slowly moved to the first week of June. So I'd imagine July applicants will take some time; at this point they've gone through less than half of Stream B applicants.
