I have no idea. But it would be really helpful to know when ircc is going to finalize all tr to pr applications. at least we may have an estimation
They had announced the end of Dec 2023. But, nowadays, they are extending tr2pr OWP till Dec 2024. Not sure what is the reason behind that? Maybe they will do the announcement again. Oh due to this & that, we will finalize the tr2pr applications by end of 2024.
Below is the latest update I have so far. Don't know when they are going to start reviewing eligibility at least.

Medical Passed: 21 Feb (Linked same day) and then changed to do not need on June 3
Biometric Done: 23 Feb
AOR: 22 Feb
Criminality: In Progress (It was passed earlier and then changed from Passed to In Progress after GU on June 17)
Info Sharing: Completed
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
ADR in review from April 11

As my medical is expire soon but they already passed on my application so do i need to update new medical again?

you can only extend the WP four months before the expiry of the existing WP. Suppose it expires on 31st Dec 2022, you can apply for ext. on or after 1st Sept, 2022.
Is your eligibility in progress? If yes, did you call them or ordered GCMS notes to know about your eligibility?
I am not sure if it is true or not. But one of the consultants mentioned that criminality also has an internal expiry date. Before the expiry of criminality, officers usually process eligibility. I think that can be the reason for the criminality to again go back in processing from passed as they haven't started your eligibility yet.
Exactly same thing happened with me. Around a month ago, my criminality was passed, but today i called IRCC and they said criminality is in process. its weird. My medical also changed to "we do not need"

Criminality has a couple of steps before it's getting finalized.
Generally, what we know are the "Bio" and "RCMP" ones which are also passed for you as the "passed" status you mentioned.
Now there is another and final stage where the officer needs to take into consideration of both Bio and RCMP and concludes the admissibility review. This is where it's currently under processing for you now.
