It’s a little complicated, as you have applied as a essential worker.
Is that the only job that you accumulated the needed hours for tr2pr? Scenario 1: If yes, to my understanding, employment letter is the document you prove eligibility. Scenario 2: If not, for example you had 1000 hours at another job for which you provide employment letter with correct noc and duties, in my opinion they will ask for a ADR. Processing of the essential B stream is so slow, I have only seen few pr so far compared to ig. However, don’t loose hope. I believe they may just ask for ADR, rather than refused.

Thanks bro, no there it was just 3 months. My bad luck with PR has been haunting me since 2 years post PGWP. This is my last shot. Stupid luck lost me few PR opportunities in past for no fault of my own. Even this time it’s not my fault after being eligible. It hurts so much. I will get a lawyer for sure. Probably might’ve to appeal because I do have an email where I asked previous HR before applying for updated letter as those were wrong duties. Hopefully that is vital in court of appeal

Hi, I can understand how are you feeling know. But I suggest you to call ircc. So that you can assure yourself about submission and May be you will get your temporary application number. Good luck.

Ircc says if they require additional documents anytime, they will send an email and the same will be reflected in the GC key account.

My guess:
Possibly I did not receive emails because I linked before AoR. After re-linking I received an email about BIL.
I will see if I receive emails again in the future.

I have one more question, I got my AOR, it's been 5 days, and I haven't got any request to submit my PCC yet. I saw here in the forum most of the people found their PCC request as soon as they were able to link, but not in my case. I do not see any document request in my GCkey account. My
- Medical is passed
- No additional documents are required
- Processing Background
is my current status.
I am not sure why they are not asking me for PCC, while submitting the application I attached the application of BLS, is that possible that they somehow got my PCC info from there, has that happened to anyone(I know that's a long shot)?
Any help on this is appreciated

It was you who filed with false eligibility, at least seeing the situation from IRCC's side.
