I just got my aor today
I have a question
As i was not applicable for pcc (left country before 18) should i send them the letter via webform that i was not applicable for pcc thats why i didnt submit it

Please let us know what they say as i too came to Canada before 18 and am worried about pcc.

I had the same problem and tried re-linking with new GC-key account and it worked. I had one ADR since August which totally never showed in my old account. Check this video. Hopefully it will be helpful for you.
