I was ready to apply but because my manager gave me the current job letter late to me I can not apply anymore
I dont know what to do. Is it risky to apply under french speaking category?

I have applied yesterday night in workers stream, and by mistake I only paid the Permanent Residence Fees and did not pay the processing fees. What should I do now? There is an option to correct the fees and pay the pending fees online, but how would I attach that to my file.

You will be better to wait for a different opportunity - or wait and see if they open up anymore places later in the year.
Its hard to believe, I tired so hard and this is happening. Sorry I shouldn't bring it here but it hurts...

Wait...if you have not had enough score in French proficiency test, you cannot apply. You have no risk to pay in vain
I do not think IRCC reject applicant by result of a possible interview in which they can check applicant's language skill, at least for TR to PR.
There is a portal for paying. Pay the remaining fees there, submit a webform and attach the receipt and explain. They might accept.
Does anyone know how to follow up with the blood test in the medicals? Doctor and LifeLabs say that the Public Health Ontario did not transmit the result to them. It has been 3 weeks already... I am thinking the blood sample won't survive that long even...
