My background changed to not applicable on May 29, 2023, and I received my Invitation to pre-arrival services on June 30, 2023, followed by the first portal email on July 21, 2023. So I guess, you’re looking at 1-2 months roughly to get your credentials

congrats....Mine was fairly quick like within a week. But it could take up to 15-20 days, one of my friends told me this answer when I was at your step. I think within a week you will get everything :)

Even my medical was passed on July 6 and i got a GU last week, there was no change on background check it still shows Not Applicable. I called customer care, they said that update was for your background check, it started but that not applicable is a technical glitch. Idk what should i assume now?

***HELP***
I have a very weird situation... Everything passed except criminality shows for my husband ( PA) in progress and for me (DEP) based on GCMS notes, Failed!!! I don't understand. I have provided PCC from my home country indicating no record, on gcms notes shows biometrics - RCMP - NRT.. also I requested a RCMP background check today (name based search) no record.. info share also says complete- no record . In criminality section, shows zero in front of criminal history actvities.. Can you guys please help me?? Not sure what is going on here. Should I webform a new PCC from my home country?

Guys, I haven't even gotten a parking ticket in my life... Am I missing something here? Please help.
I haven't gone back to my home countery in almost 5 years now. And the PCC is for 2 years ago. Also did not travel to any other country
