My FPs were sent to the IRCC on the 20th but still havent heard anything from them. I did call the IRCC yesterday and all they said it can take upto 6 months before you can see a completed status in the system.

I am currently preparing for the test, my test window is Oct 31, 2022 - Nov 21, 2022.

I have already practiced from the following:

Richmond Library (scored 152 / 152).
Toronto Library (scored 61 / 61).
Apna Toronto (scored an 80% average for all tests)

I would like to request advise from the guys who took and passed the test already, is there anything else I should do? Also, based on my preparation, do you think I will pass?

Any input is highly appreciated.

Hey! Don't worry the test is far easier than the ones we study for. Just read the Discover Canada 1-2 times before you give the test and you should be good.

I finally passed my test. (20/20)

I would like to thank everyone who provided their feedback which really boosted my confidence.

Can anyone please advise on how long do I have to wait for everything else to be completed and citizenship oath after the test is marked completed?

I would highly appreciate your feedback on this so that I can make my travel plans back to Canada accordingly.

Just relax and go for it.

Your scores are amazing on practice test and rest assured, actual test is easier than practice test.

Just know that you only need 15 to be correct to pass, and there is no expedited processing for getting 20/20

I hear they do not email you, my best friend who applied last year had her BG updated too and did not get an email, she did not see it updated until she got the test email. and when she logged in the BG was updated 2and half months b4 the test invite.
So we have to check our application regularly, even when we sign up online there is a part in the T&C that said they may not email us for any part including test invites etc and it's our responsibility and if no response they can close the application without further action or consideration.

Thanks for the information, I keep checking my application periodically, not a single movement yet since June.

I logged in today and see an update saying FP requested dated Nov 4th. Is FP requested on every citizenship application, can someone please answer? Also, I dont have an email yet from CIC, wondering if they ask for these in physical mail or emails? Background and other items still show in progress, is that expected?

FP is not requested for all application. Wait for the email which has the detail on what to do next. Your BG will get completed only after you submit your FP.
