2019 PNP paper applicants who waiting for MR please join

When outland applicants passed their eligibility then file transferred to their home country visa office and rest work will be done there, like medical, security check and PPR , but recently one of the immigration officer said in the interview that all files become digital and the applicant will get any ADR from Canada offices also.
I am also waiting for medical request.

Your file is located at NDVO so they simply requested to you that for any query you should contact to NDVO.

When did you upload your medical result? I uploaded on the 3rd of Aug via webform and got their receive confirmation on the 13th of Aug. No further reaction.

I think IRCC need to solve these cases before our cases. Some sources said about 23k cases with COPR expired.
