Responsible officer mean "perticular officer who taking care of your file"

What the reason ircc has gave you for WP refusal ?

Did you had applied WP after pnp applied or before ?

I sent some updated documents to immigration and get this mail -

It's not about good or bad.

Your file is located at NDVO so they simply requested to you that for any query you should contact to NDVO.
