Does anyone know whether there is a set amount of time, after Immigration has received your application, to make a decision whether your application is complete, or incomplete? I remember reading somewhere that this was 5 days, but I don't trust my own, tired eyes as much anymore after having spend so many days in front of a computer screen, filling out this application......

Got my OWP approved for 2 years Yayyy!!

Congratulations oMapleTree. Great so if Dec 14 applicants are receiving their OWP on Mar 14, that is 3 months and quick.

Jan applicants should receive in April then right? Fingers crossed!

I am Wajahat and I have applied Inland PR Application under Spouse category, I received an email to link my Application to my CIC account I am having difficulty with that I have already tried like 8 times in last 2 days, can anyone help me with that any suggestion or advice regarding my problem.

Update: Sent my initial application Jan 31st received by CIC Feb 1st, CIC sent and returned my wife's PR & Open work permit Application Feb 28, finally received it in the mail today Mar 13, CIC is so careless they also included someone elses original mail folder in their folder that housed my application! It took 13 days for the application to return from Ontario to Alberta because Canada post sent it to a town 300 km away from the city I live in!

Scrambled and made the corrections that CIC highlighted and wrote in the letter. Also printed the page where CIC says they will accept applications that use the previous version of the checklist and forms as of March 15 2018, included a letter typed letter with that signed by me the sponsor and my wife principal applicant in a separate paper clip.

Sent by UPS guaranteed delivery 10:30am tomorrow March 14

I think I made a critical mistake on my Schedule A.
Just realized it yesterday and I am so worried right now.

d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or
permanent resident visa (including a
Certificat desélection du Québec
(CSQ) or application to the
Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary
resident visa, to Canada or any other country

I accidentally ticked the No box, instead of the yes.

I actually forgot that I was refused TRV visa before cause after that refusal I reapplied right away and get approved and got my Multiple entry visa.

What to do? We already sent my schedule A to the CIC like 2weeks ago.
Is this serious? Anyone who experience same mistake like this? Pls help. I am so worried right now.
