2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

I have applied through PNP masters stream - Ontario
AR: march 25, 2018
AOR: May 05 , 2018
No medical yet and every time I call them/ send them a webform, they always say "its under processing" its been more than 19 months and does anyone have the same timeline? I am very tensed and not sure what's happening to my application.
My application is at the Ottawa office and was transferred around the month of may 2019.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Totally garbage system. They will not give you correct information. Only thing we can do is ‘wait’ Like a stupid.
Same here . File is in Ottawa . AR-18th March 2018 .
No updates since file number on may 1,2018 and file transferred on April 2019 . I had to follow up my Mp today again
