Hiw doctor made mistake

I had done medical last year
When i got req
I told the nearest doc to link previous medical to new medical sheet
She did
But cic told they got medical sheet but the result was not updated online by the doctor who did medical
Its been three months now
They hve medical result
But it is not updated online
I told them either to req new medical or extend previous medical nd review it nd let me know once it passed
They told me that thing tke time max month nd its been 10 days so waiting

I would suggest wait touching them again and again might delay more my guess don't know wat moos could be the person dealing with ur file

You can not link your application with 2 different accounts , if you want to link it with your account then you have to call cic and have to tell them remove the access from your agents account .

But I didn’t get medical yet.

Then don’t apply for work permit

Apply for paper based open work permit. It takes almost 90 days to give decision (its going to get rejected) on your application. By then you will receive your pr. Its just a way to buy some time.

The time i submitt medical
I call every week nd they got pissed off i think
So i decided to wait now
No more calls till next month

Got decision made on ecas on 19,july,2019.
But didn’t receive email yet .
I called to cic and Agent told me email has been sent on 22,july but it was sent on wrong email address , it is officers mistake .
Any suggestions what should i do ?

you need to check informations from the e-mail.
If It is all correct, It is yours.
