I am Feb 2018 inland.

MR and ADR (Schedule A) on Jun 2019 (That's all Timeline so far)

I got 3 ghost updates in 3 consecutive business days including today.

Currently, No changes on MyCIC or ECAS.

Not sure if this is a good sign ...

It must be a good sign as ghost updates always bring some updates in your file .
Did your file transfer to local visa office ?? Was your status change to AR from IP and then AR to IP ?

For me it’s been almost 3 months Still nothing .
