I logged in to ECAS today and there it says Decision Made. Full timeline on my profile.

Question:
How much longer do I need to wait before PPR? Thanks in advance.

Mine took 1 week . Some people get same day . Right now I’m waiting at my door for my passport return

Has anyone with 2018 medicals ordered and received GCMS notes recently? Is there any new information on security as well?
I'm wondering because when I ordered mine back in Oct 2018 there were "due dates" all around Feb 2019. When I saw that I was hopeful that my application would be approved by Feb 2019...

I’m a Jan 2018 applicant with May 2018 medicals, i got my GCMS notes just last week and it basically shows the same thing as everyone, “security not started”, everything else is done, and the due date for everything was feb 7, 2019, same goes for security, but it still says not started

That's good! Let's pray for Nov-Feb 2018  and hope all future applicants get their processes done asap. The wait can be frustrating sometimes regardless how patient you are.

However, I am really worried because I quit and change my job for a year but did not update it with CIC. Will CIC make a call to our nominated company to check our work status before giving out the final decision? just really really worry. Does anyone know? Please give me some advice....

When you change the job you first have to let the Provincial Nominee Program know and then they contact the IRCC.

Same timeline here and notes received last week as well.
Location says "Ready for PS" since August 09, 2018. Pre-arrival letter issued on this date was the last update we received.
Eligibility, criminality and medical passed.
Security not started.
