2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

Hi everyone,
My name is Nicolas, and my wife and I started the application july 2018 and here is my time line
23/07/2018- File received
01/09/2018 - AOR
07/05/2019 - Medical Request
09/05/2019 - Medical Done


Have not received any Pre arrival letter yet and don't know what that is?
A couple of questions:
- Doctor said that I needed to upload the confirmation that I did the medical, but since it is paper based I did not have that option and she didn't knew about that. Anyone knows if I need to send the confirmation by mail?
- I am applying inside Canada, does anyone knows if when approved do I need to go out of Canada and then back in?

If you went to an e-Medical physician from the panel physician listed on the immigration website they will submitt the medical form and the results to the immigration directly. Everything is detailed in the medical request they sent. hope this helps

Seriously???? Really???? Is this how they work?? people from December are waiting!!!! They are not even going decision made to single inland December applicants and why the heck is this happening... What wrong did we December and January applicants have done to deserve this treatment???? Don't they understand we have lives we have jobs we miss on better opportunities due to this process... Don't have have any emotions to understand our plight!?? Waking up day in and out hoping that threads show done progress for us stuck applicants but no they suddenly start giving pr to people months ahead of us... That's how logical they.. I'm speechless , heartbroken and without any energy to be hopeful.. i just don't know why they are not working on our files and just why God is not listening to us

i got my passport copy of new passport requested on 30 april like you and i submitted it by cic login.
nothing after that
