2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

If your name matched to someone in their records(I guess it has something to do with my English name), they will ask you to provide RCMP criminal record. In my case, they didn't ask me but when I saw a "fingerprints required" in my GCMS notes. I did it before being requested. and in my next GCMS, I passed criminal.

Hi guys, I just got nominated under skilled worker ( with employment letter ) and Received closed work permit for 2 years. I applied for PR but I am confused about timing for PR process. Can anybody help me?

Its 20 months but you can apply for bridging work permit if there is a processing delay. But for 2019 applicants the processing time is 15 months

Why did they ask you RCMP criminal record check?? Do they ask everyone? I just submitted PPC

I have no ideas. The request letter says because I has lived in Canada more than 6 month.
