Do you know how much time it takes to get the PPR email from "Decision Made" in ECAS?
I have gotten ppr today and would like to share my time line with you.
AR : Mar 15 2018
AOR : April 9 2018
Upfront Medical and Passed : August 2018
Pre-arrival Letter : April 7 2019
DM :April 25 2019
PPR : April 26 2019.
And I sent PPR papers to CPC Ottawa and am waiting my COPR at the moment.

For my case, I checked it yesterday it shows still in process, so for me I think it DM and PPR e-mail may happens at same time.

Its showing 5 months it saying will be finalize by sep29/2019
I had also make query to cic and reply was "your file is still in normal processing time" .
