Hello, I actually have some troubles with applications and I need your advice on my situation.
I just received my application back as mail instead of my AOR, because apparently I did not sign one of the documents properly.
They sent me a letter stating that
'As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee. A copy of your application has not been retained'
What my understanding from underlined statement is that they are going to process the refund my fee when they return back my application.. I am wondering if I can just use the same receipt that I sent before?
Also, my provincial nominee is going to be expired 4/30/2019 so they states that they have to receive the application back by that date. Does the receiving date means that the actual delivery date by the courier?

If they refund your you will need to pay once more when you decide to rectify errors on the application and submit it again, it will require another confirmation letter, I'm afraid.

I just requested refund on my previous receipt, paid another $ 1040 and attached with the new application with error corrected form. (I marked error previous notification letter/'errored' form as 'OLD' with sticky notes saying ' please use it as your reference only' and posted with the new application.)
Hopefully it would work this time.
Don't forget to update all the forms. some of forms are updated in January, February 2019

Hi guys, just got my GCMS notes and the only thing which is not started is the Security.
All the others requirements were passed like eligibility, medical, criminality and info sharing which the status is complete.....
Do you guys have any clue about how long the security takes to be done?
