EE means Express Entry and as the name suggests, is way quicker than paper-based PR. If the occupation you are in lies in NOC skill level A or B, you do not need to give IELTS exam for the paper-based application. Apart from that Express Entry requires at least a year of work express to apply.

Ok thank it means If somebody whose NOC falls under skill level A or B and he is not getting the required band score in IELTS ie minimum 6 each,he can go for paper based PR in Canada.Right

ofcourse i want that too..unfortunately it starts in late feb lets be patient instead of breaking our hearts again and again lol. good thing they start issuing pprs too in feb. i want it this month too. they are mostly done with feb applicants!!

Yes, having said that, it assumes that you already have a PNP and this is just for federal paper-based PR application, then NOC skill level A or B should bypass IELTS.

Pls can you help to show me how can I apply for PR to canada. And in order to apply what are the neccessary documents that I will need to file when I apply,without the help of any legal office as because their charge is very expensive?
And is there any charging fees for the PR application that i will need to pay?
