Sorry I’m confused cuz my eligibility is still under review but I got pre arrival letter too. Any idea why?
because they don't update GCKey statuses. The only way to find out whether your eligibility is passed is to:
1. call CIC and ask
2. Order GCMS notes
3. Receive the pre-arrival letter

@Grechy, What time of the year do you think the process will pick up again? Are all applicants going to wait for the whole 19 months to get PPR or some get it faster than others? Does it also depend on one's visa office?

I don't know. I'm not very clear about that. There are people who take forever to get PPR where for others take 9 months :S It is unpredictable.

The CIC call center confirmed that my file was transferred to Winnipeg last week. Does anyone else (inland applicants) also experienced this file transfer to another local Canadian office?

They are taking too much time!!

People whose applications were received in May are just getting their AOR today so you won't be getting yours for a bit...

Last week may 27 candidate received AOR

I did medical Exam 2 months ago and still there is no news.

My time line with my wife,
Received app Oct 20, 2017
Started processing Feb 9, 2018
Medical request May 15, 2018
And they received medical results
May 28.
May 19 Pre arrival letter.

Waiting PPR.

I’m an inland BC PNP applicant, my representative always says to me “soon just wait “.

Already 9 months from they received my application.

Hi,
these days
applicants who (Received April 2017) (Medical earlier 2018)
are getting PPR.

in my opinion,
you need to wait a few months more.
the date of Medical is not important.
Normally It depends on the date of Received.
(CIC website said that
PNP Processing Time ; 19 months)

Good Luck.
