Did they ask any other documents before or this is the first time.Mine is in in process now and not got any adr yet.

Same my situation they’re taking a very long processing time ..I can’t believe it

Yes they transfer file to local visa office and they are too slow.

Did you send your passport to ottawa?

AOR July 2018( End of July)
ADR June 2019 ( Schedule A for both, RCMP for me, Proof of relationship)
File transferred to Etobicoke Office May 2019

In December 2019, they told that officer would be assigned in June - August 2020.

But, talking to Professional Lawyer, usually application with such ADR are considered non routine so no longer regular processing times are effective.

According to lawyer, its better to consider AOR rather than AR.
