Was not complex case with military service that's why took long 24 months mine was complex too cas of divorce pending they held my file on BF shelf and recently in December I gave them divorce certificate and my criminality eligibility passed in january med was upfront last August it's been 23 month I guess my file is moving now gcms says file send to pnp med not started

Did you check if ur file is transferred to lvo ? Coz I see everyone who is adding their.spouse in between application are being transferred to lvo, a long painful process.
Eligibility has everything to do with your job if you are on LMIA PNP applicant that means it has something to do with your employer or your job may be they think it's not genuine job offer or pay slips are there but you are working some where else or if you are working with the same employer where you showed on your file could be the reputation of your employer it's all money making racket cic knows that LMIA been sold for 35/40 thousand dollar you can share here if would like may be we can give some advice
Wow. You know a lot. But if they think there’s something wrong with my Lima they should have do something.. and also I have coworkers who apply through EE and got her PR ahead of me already. Anyway, I can only wait..
They dont usually going to tell you about wats you or your employer doing wrong but they will watch till they are certain and if they succeed (cic) they have reason to refuse my advise if there is something wrong you and your employer is the only one know wat it is and cic found out bit not sure just make it right before it's too late
Refusal comes with 5 year ban misrepresentation of documents I know someone close had to go through that pain
And it's different in pnp application than EE pnp is based on provincial nominees as skilled secured job etc.. but EE is CRS score based
